With an alcohol content of 40%, this gin has a full flavour and malty character. Our gin owes this to the beer used during the production process.
This gin has matured for 14 years in an oak barrel, where it acquired the characteristic flavour of wood maturation in addition to the flavour of the beer distillate and juniper. The barrel was made from French oak and first used for red wine before the gin went into it. The long maturation creates depth and evolution of flavours. Aromas from beer, juniper and wood come together in perfect balance. A gin you can sit down for.
