The Heaven Beer Gin has soft grain aromas derived from the beer.
With an alcohol content of 40%, this gin has a full flavour and malty character. Our gin owes this to the beer used during the production process.
To produce our drinks, we use the beers from our brewery. The malt mash from the brewing process and residual beer from on-trade casks, we distil by means of a triple distillation column into a pure and clear distillate, of no less than 75% alcohol. This distillate is diluted with water and flavoured with juniper, combining its malty character with the fresh and fruity taste of juniper.
Alcohol content: 40% vol.
