This single malt beer brandy is distilled from beer and aged for three years in wooden casks.
Soft and aromatic in flavour, it owes its malty character to the beer used during the production process.
To produce this whisky-like drink, we use the beers from our brewery. The malt mash from the brewing process and residual beer from on-trade casks, we distil through a triple distillation column to produce a pure and clear distillate, of no less than 75% alcohol. This distillate is then aged for three years in a French Limousin oak barrel, which in the past was used for maturing German red wine. The characteristic malty flavour of the beer alcohol is enriched with vanilla wood notes during lagering.
Alcohol content: 41% vol.
