A malt beverage distilled from wheat beer, enriched with orange peel.
Heaven White Beer Liqueur is a distillate of white beer. The white beer Serafijn has a mild flavour and orange peels are added during the brewing of this beer. The distillate of this beer has the same mild flavour and orange aromas that characterise the beer.
When producing the liqueur, we add homemade orange sprit. This is a distillate from a concentrate of orange peels, this enhances the orange flavour from the beer.
The result is a liqueur that is brimming with orange aromas and, despite its alcohol content of 40%, is velvety smooth on the palate.
