Grand Cru version of the New Ligt. Brewed once a year in a limited edition and bottled with the filling year on the bottle. We make this brew slightly stronger than the normal Nieuw Ligt, it contains 12% alcohol. We let the bottles age in the brewery for a few years before selling them. After about five years, the flavour really comes into its own. The flavour is reminiscent of an old port or sherry.
